Return policy

At SHOPNEX, we want you to have a smooth and trustworthy shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 3 days of delivery under the conditions below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

A product is eligible for return if:

  • The return request is made within 3 days of receiving the product.
  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories are intact.
  • The product matches the condition in which it was delivered.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used, damaged, or worn items
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Personal care products, cosmetics, innerwear, swimwear
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Products marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team at [support email/number] within 3 days.
  2. Provide your order ID, product name, and reason for return.
  3. Our team will review your request and schedule a pickup (if available in your area) or provide instructions for reverse shipping.

Note: Items must be handed over to the courier in proper packaging to avoid damage.

4. Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days.
  • Refund method will be the same as the original mode of payment, unless otherwise specified.
  • Shipping charges, COD charges, or convenience fees are non-refundable.

5. Replacement

Replacements are subject to:

  • Availability of the same product/variant
  • Fulfillment of return eligibility conditions
    If a replacement is not available, a refund will be processed.

6. Damaged / Wrong Product Delivered

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Notify us within 48 hours with photo/video proof
  • We will arrange a priority replacement or full refund

7. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. Customers must follow the return process.
